These terms apply to appointments with Brazilian Nails By Danielle and to your use of this website. By booking or using the site, you agree to them.
Who we are
Brazilian Nails By Danielle is a nail service business operating from a private suite at 30183 Detroit Rd, Westlake, OH 44145, and providing mobile service in nearby areas. You can reach us at (216) 260-4488.
Appointments and booking
All services are by appointment only. Appointments are booked through Booksy or by phone or text. Booksy's own terms also apply to bookings made through its platform. Prices shown on this website reflect our Booksy menu and may change; prices marked with a plus sign are starting prices.
Cancellations, no-shows and late arrivals
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may shorten your service or ask you to reschedule so the next client is not delayed. Late cancellation charges may apply to a reschedule caused by late arrival.
Your health and safety
Please tell us before your service about any allergies, skin conditions, infections, or recent nail damage. We may decline or modify a service if we believe it could harm your nails or skin. We use medical-grade sterilization for all implements, but nail services carry some normal risk, and you agree to follow the aftercare guidance we give you.
Mobile service
For mobile appointments, you agree to provide a safe, clean, well-lit space with access to a table and seating. A travel fee may apply. We may cancel a mobile appointment if the location is unsafe or not as described.
Service concerns
If you have an issue with your service, contact us at (216) 260-4488 within [SERVICE FIX WINDOW] of your appointment so we can review it. Fixes are offered at our discretion and do not cover damage from normal wear, accidents or not following aftercare.
Gift cards
Gift cards are redeemable for services with Brazilian Nails By Danielle and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Expiration terms: [GIFT CARD EXPIRATION POLICY].
Use of this website
Content on this website, including text and images, belongs to Brazilian Nails By Danielle unless noted otherwise. You may not copy it for commercial use without permission. The site is provided as is, and we are not responsible for third-party websites we link to, including Booksy, Google and Instagram.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
Appointments are limited on purpose
Book 2–3 weeks ahead for evenings and weekends. Mobile appointments on request.
