Mobile Nail Tech Serving Cleveland
When you can't get to the salon, Brazilian Nails By Danielle can come to you. Our mobile nail tech service brings the same careful Brazilian method from our Westlake suite to homes, offices and event spaces across the Cleveland west side, Westlake and Medina.

What our mobile nail service is
Mobile nails means Danielle packs up her sterilized tools, products and lamp and sets up wherever you are. Your living room, your dining table, a hotel suite downtown, a conference room at work or the getting-ready space at a wedding venue can all become a nail station for the afternoon.
The service itself doesn't change just because the location does. You still get the full Brazilian prep, the same premium gels and polishes used in the suite, and the same crisp finish. What changes is that you don't have to drive, find parking, arrange a sitter or leave someone who needs you at home.
Most manicure services travel well. Some services depend on your space and setup, so we'll confirm what can be done at your location when you book.
Think of it as the suite, scaled down and packed into a car. The goal is that, ten minutes after Danielle arrives, your table looks like a small, organized workstation and the appointment feels just like it would in Westlake. Products are kept closed and organized, the lamp sits on a clean mat, and used materials are bagged up as we go instead of piling up on your table.
Who a mobile nail tech is for
Mobile appointments were built for people whose schedules or circumstances make a salon trip hard. New parents with a baby who just went down for a nap. Caregivers who can't leave a family member alone. Clients recovering from surgery or managing mobility issues. Busy professionals who would rather get nails done during a lunch hour at the office than fight traffic after work.
It's also the easiest way to handle groups. Brides and their bridal party, bachelorette weekends, birthday parties, and small corporate wellness events all work well on-site. Instead of herding six people to one salon at the same time, everyone stays put and takes a turn.
Older family members are another big group. If a parent or grandparent misses having their nails done but doesn't get out much anymore, a house call can be a lovely gift and a good visit at the same time.
Some clients simply like it better. If you'd rather sit on your own couch with a cup of coffee, your dog at your feet and your favorite show on, that's a perfectly good reason to book a house call. There's no rule that mobile nails are only for emergencies or special occasions.
The Brazilian difference, delivered to your door
A lot of mobile nail services cut corners because they're working out of a bag. We don't. The Brazilian method still applies: dry skin is removed across the whole nail bed rather than just pushed back, color is laid slightly under the cuticle line so there's no visible gap for about the first week of growth, and every edge is cleaned back with an orange-wood stick wrapped in cotton and dipped in remover.
Hygiene travels too. Every implement is cleaned and sterilized to medical grade before it leaves the suite, and we bring what's needed for each client so tools aren't shared between people at a group booking. You shouldn't have to give up cleanliness for convenience.
The pace stays the same too. Because a house call is one client or one group at a time, Danielle isn't watching the door for the next walk-in. Cuticle work, shaping and clean-up get the same attention they would in the suite, even when the appointment is happening at a kitchen table.

What happens at a mobile nail appointment
Here's how a house call usually works from first message to finished nails.
- Text (216) 260-4488 with your address, date, number of people and services you want.
- We confirm availability, travel fee and timing, and you get a booking confirmation.
- Please set aside a sturdy table and chair near good light and a power outlet.
- Danielle arrives, sets up a clean work area and lays out sterilized tools.
- Each service follows the same steps as the suite: prep, Brazilian cuticle work, application and curing.
- For groups, clients rotate through one at a time while everyone else relaxes.
- When the last nail is done, everything is packed away and your space is left tidy.
Aftercare after a house call
Aftercare is the same as a suite appointment, with a couple of at-home extras.
If anything lifts, chips or breaks in the days after a house call, text a photo. Small issues can often be handled at your next visit or with a quick stop at the suite, so you're never stuck waiting weeks to fix one nail.
- Gel is cured before we leave, so you can get right back to your day.
- If you had regular polish, give it time to set before doing dishes or laundry.
- Use cuticle oil daily to keep the Brazilian finish looking fresh.
- Keep a soft file handy for small snags rather than picking at an edge.
- Book your next house call before you need it; mobile slots are limited.
Mobile nail pricing and travel fee
Mobile appointments are priced as your service total plus a travel fee. The travel fee depends on how far we're going and is confirmed before you book. Service prices follow our regular menu, such as a regular manicure at $30, a gel manicure from $43 and a gel polish change at $28. Group bookings may have a minimum so the trip works for everyone. We'll give you a clear quote in writing before the day so there's nothing to sort out at the door.
For bigger groups, it helps to collect everyone's service choices ahead of time. That lets us give one total for the day, plan the order of appointments, and make sure we bring the right colors and enough product for everyone. If someone in the group wants a design, send the photo early so the timing can be built around it.
Serving Westlake, Medina and the Cleveland west side
Our mobile nail tech service covers Westlake, Rocky River, Bay Village and Avon, along with Medina and the rest of the Cleveland west side. Medina clients in particular use house calls because it saves the drive north to our suite. If you're unsure whether your address is in range, just text us and ask.
Prefer to come to us? Our private suite at 30183 Detroit Rd in Westlake, near Crocker Park, is open by appointment with after-hours times available. Mobile slots are limited, so book two to three weeks ahead for evenings and weekends, and two to three months ahead for weddings and big events.
Not sure if your street is in range? Text the address with a couple of preferred dates, and Danielle will reply with whether a house call works there and the travel fee for that trip.
