What bridal nail service includes

Bridal nails are more than a nice manicure the day before. They're a small plan that starts weeks out. We talk about your dress, your ring, your flowers and the overall feel of the day, then choose a base service and finish that will look right in person and in photos.

Most brides choose between three bases. A gel manicure keeps things natural on your own nails. Luminary Multi-Flex builder gel adds strength and a smooth, glossy shape without obvious length. Gel X extensions give you longer, perfectly even nails if you want more drama. From there, the finish might be a sheer pink, a soft French, a milky ombre, a pearl chrome or a few delicate accents on the ring finger.

Bridal service can also include your bridal party, mothers of the bride and groom, flower girls and anyone else who'll be in the photos. Matching sets, coordinated colors or a shared accent all work.

We'll also think about how your nails fit the rest of your look. A bride with a lace sleeve and a vintage ring might lean toward a short, rounded nail in a soft blush. A modern satin gown might call for a longer almond in milky white with a fine chrome finish. Neither is right or wrong; the point is that the nails feel like they belong to the same day as everything else.

Who bridal nails are for

This service is for brides and grooms who care how the details look, and for anyone in the wedding party who wants to match. It's especially helpful if you've never worn extensions or builder gel before and want to try them well before the big day.

It's also for engagement photo shoots, bridal showers and rehearsal dinners. Some brides book a set for the engagement session, then refresh it for the wedding. Others want a different look for the shower and the ceremony. Planning them together means each set lands at the right moment instead of growing out right before the vows.

Bridal nails are also a calm moment in a busy season. Your appointment is one-on-one in a private suite, with no crowd and no rush. For a lot of brides, it ends up being the one hour that week where nobody asks about seating charts.

The Brazilian difference for bridal nails in Cleveland

Ring shots are taken inches from your hand. Every cuticle, every edge and every bit of polish on the skin is visible in a professional photo. That's exactly where the Brazilian method earns its reputation.

Danielle removes dry skin across the entire nail bed, not just pushing the cuticle back, so the skin around each nail is smooth. Color is applied slightly under the cuticle line, which means there's no visible gap at the base for about the first week of growth. That matters when your wedding falls a few days after your appointment. Finally, every edge is painted over and then cleaned back with an orange-wood stick wrapped in cotton and dipped in remover, leaving a crisp line that looks clean even in a close-up.

Hygiene is part of the plan too. Every implement is sterilized to medical grade, and that standard holds whether we're in the suite or setting up in a hotel room on the morning of your wedding. The last thing anyone needs during wedding week is an irritated cuticle.

Your bridal nail timeline and appointment

Here's how we usually plan bridal nails from first message to wedding day.

If your trial reveals that a shape or length isn't right, that's the trial doing its job. We'd much rather change course a month early than have you second-guessing your hands the morning of the wedding.

  • Two to three months out: reach out with your date, location and number of people.
  • We talk through your dress, ring, flowers and inspiration photos.
  • Four to six weeks out: book a trial to test shape, length and color.
  • After the trial, we lock in the final look and the wedding-week schedule.
  • One to three days before the wedding: your bridal set is applied in the suite or on-site.
  • Bridal party nails are scheduled around your getting-ready timeline.
  • Every set is finished with Brazilian cuticle work, cleaned edges and cuticle oil for photos.

Aftercare before and after the wedding

A few easy steps keep your nails photo-ready from your appointment to the last dance.

Heading straight to a beach honeymoon? Tell us at your appointment. A slightly shorter length and a sturdy base give your set a better chance of lasting through sand, sunscreen and saltwater.

  • Apply cuticle oil every night of wedding week, and once the morning of.
  • Wear gloves for last-minute crafts, centerpiece assembly and cleaning.
  • Avoid using nails to open favors, boxes or champagne foil.
  • Pack a small nail file and cuticle oil in your day-of kit.
  • After the honeymoon, book a fill or safe removal instead of peeling product off.

Bridal nail pricing

Bridal pricing depends on your base service, the design and how many people are being done. For reference, Gel X full sets start at $65 and Luminary builder gel full sets start at $85, with finishes like ombre from $15 and chrome at $15 added on top. Bridal party pricing is based on each person's service. On-site bookings add a travel fee. We'll send a written quote after your consultation so you can plan it into your budget.

If you're coordinating a larger party, let us know who is paying for what. Some brides cover the whole group, while others have each person book and pay for their own service. Either way works, and we'll set it up so checkout is simple on the day.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

When should I get my nails done before my wedding?

Get your bridal nails done one to three days before the wedding. That keeps them fresh for photos while leaving a little room for any fix. Brazilian application under the cuticle line helps hide regrowth in that window.

How far in advance should I book bridal nails?

Reach out two to three months before your wedding. That leaves time for a trial and secures your preferred date, especially in peak wedding season.

Do I need a bridal nail trial?

A trial is strongly recommended if you're trying a new shape, length or product like Gel X or builder gel. It lets you see how the look photographs and wears before the wedding.

What are the most popular bridal nail colors?

Sheer pinks, milky whites, soft French tips and pearl chrome are the most requested bridal looks. They complement any dress and photograph cleanly. We'll match the shade to your skin tone.

Can you do nails for my whole bridal party?

Yes. We can do the bride, bridesmaids, mothers and flower girls, either in the suite or on-site. Matching or coordinated looks are both options.

Do you travel to wedding venues for nails?

Yes. Mobile wedding-day service is available across Westlake, Medina and the Cleveland west side. A travel fee applies and is confirmed when you book.

Should I get Gel X or builder gel for my wedding?

Choose Gel X if you want extra length and a perfectly even shape. Choose Luminary builder gel if you want strong, natural-looking nails at your own length. We can test either at your trial.

How much do bridal nails cost in Cleveland?

Bridal nails are quoted based on base service, design and number of people. Gel X starts at $65 and Luminary builder gel at $85, with ombre and chrome from $15. We send a written quote after your consultation.

Can the groom get a manicure too?

Yes. A clean, buffed natural manicure is a great choice for grooms and groomsmen. It looks polished in ring shots without looking done.

What if a nail breaks right before my wedding?

Text (216) 260-4488 as soon as it happens and we'll do our best to fit in a repair. Packing a file in your day-of kit helps with small snags.
