Booking and Nail Salon Cancellation Policy in Westlake

Our nail salon cancellation policy in Westlake is simple, and it exists for one reason. Danielle works one-on-one in a private suite, so every appointment is a block of time set aside for one person, and a missed slot stays empty.

How do I book with Brazilian Nails By Danielle?

Booksy is where appointments are made and confirmed. It shows real-time openings, holds your spot the moment you book, and sends reminders before your visit. Questions before booking can go by call or text to (216) 260-4488.

Please book the service you actually want, including any removal. Time is reserved based on what's in your booking, so an add-on that wasn't scheduled may not fit on the day.

Your Booksy confirmation is also where you'll find your appointment time, the service you chose and the address of the suite.

How far in advance should I book a nail appointment?

Evening and weekend openings usually need two to three weeks of lead time. Weekday daytime slots are easier to get on shorter notice. Bridal parties and events should be booked two to three months out, since those dates often involve several people and a fixed schedule.

If you need a specific date, like before a work trip or a family photo session, book as soon as you know. Moving an appointment later is always easier than hunting for an opening at the last minute.

What is the nail salon cancellation policy?

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment and there's no charge. Changes made inside that 24-hour window may be charged up to 50% of the booked service. Not showing up at all is charged at 100% of the service.

Life happens, and we know it. If something comes up, reach out as early as you can. The sooner we know, the better the chance the time can go to another client.

This policy applies to every service on the menu, from a quick polish change to a full Gel X set. It also applies to each person in a group booking, since every guest's time is reserved separately.

What happens if I'm running late to my nail appointment?

A few minutes is fine. Once you're more than 15 minutes behind, Danielle may need to shorten your service to stay on schedule, or move you to another day. A Brazilian manicure isn't something to rush, and squeezing it into half the time wouldn't be fair to you or to the client after you. If you're stuck in traffic, a quick text helps.

Arriving a few minutes early gives you time to park, wash your hands and settle in, so your full appointment goes to your nails.

Do you require a deposit or prepayment?

Deposits: [DEPOSIT POLICY]. Accepted payment methods: [PAYMENT METHODS]. Gift cards from Brazilian Nails By Danielle can be applied to any service.

If a deposit applies to your service, Booksy will show it before you confirm. Bridal parties and larger group events are quoted separately, and payment arrangements for those are set when the date is planned.

What should I bring or tell you before my appointment?

A little information up front keeps your appointment on time and your result where you want it.

  • Mention existing gel, dip, builder gel or extensions when you book, since removal needs its own time.
  • Share an inspiration photo or two if you have a specific look in mind.
  • Let us know about allergies, sensitive skin or any recent nail damage.
  • Wear sandals or open shoes to a pedicure so fresh polish doesn't smudge.
  • Skip lotion on your hands right before a manicure so products bond well.
  • Take off rings and bracelets before you sit down, or bring a small pouch to keep them safe.

Can I bring my kids or a friend to my appointment?

Guests and children: [GUEST POLICY]. The suite is a small, quiet space set up for one client at a time, so please check before bringing anyone along. If a friend or child would like their own service, book it as a separate appointment so the time is held for both of you.
